the size of the tools. Injection moulding (see also the diagram on Page 4) is a basic moulding datec terminals process for thermoplastics, that is, a reversible physical forming process. This
also explains why the recycling of thermoplastic parts is so simple. The process: thermoplastic granules are melted in the cylinder of the screw injection moulding machine at datec terminals approx. 240° C, the molten mass is homogenised and injected into the tool.
